            Latest in Design
I have recently graduated from the University of Arkansas. I am reflecting on the time that I spent growing in the Graphic Design program. I built a wonderful community with my peers, and I want to show how grateful I am to each of them. As I pursue a career in the design field, I am focusing on how to build a community through common interests at a wider scale than a thirty-two-person cohort.

            Hard at Work
I have worked at Red Kite Coffee Company since before my Freshman year at the university. I began designing menus for my boss a year and a half ago, but I have loved each menu I have made since. By talking with each team member, I can make something we all love as much as we enjoy each other.
            Designer Principles
As a designer, I love to learn new skills and techniques for design trends. Through my experiences in college, I am confident that I am an adaptable, kind, and hard-working designer. I am patient as I work through a problem and search for critiques to better my solutions. I love working with a team as it encourages me to continue learning and makes me a better designer.

Being kind in the workplace makes a better work environment objectively. I love working with a team, especially when receiving a review. Constructive criticism helps everyone grow at the end of the day. When a team adapts and grows, the community can work together effectively and efficiently.
